I’m Divinia, the lady behind TouP Ceramics and I’m passionate about creating beautiful, unique and elegant hand built ceramics, specialising in using ancient slab rolling and hand pinching techniques to create my collections.

I have always had a creative heart, which took flight as a BBC children’s magazine writer and then as a senior magazine editor for licensed film brands such as Disney, Lucasfilm, Dreamworks, Sony, Twentieth Century Fox and Universal which was an amazing experience. However, I had always dreamt of having my own business selling beautiful objects, so after being under the tutelage of Maria Alvarez Echenique for three years learning the beautiful craft of pottery, TouP Ceramics was born and life now finds me entrenched in a wonderful new adventure.

I’ve always viewed life as an adventure, and what makes me smile the most is that my ceramic creations go on a journey of their own, as they venture off to new homes and become weaved into someone else’s unique story.

Making lights me up! It fires up the little grey cells in my brain, and the feeling of seeing my imagined creations materialise is magical. Therefore, my mission is to make ceramics that light up your home with their elegance, beauty and uniqueness.
